Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ScanStock mobile application and the ScanStock website (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the inventory data, photos, videos, and notes you create in the Service ("Your Content"). You grant ScanStock a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you and to users you have explicitly shared it with.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

ScanStock offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's billing terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Google Play.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to violate any law; (b) attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Service; (c) upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) use the Service to send unsolicited communications.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from within the app.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ScanStock does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScanStock is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ScanStock is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
